Robert H. Vu, MD, MS

Robert H. Vu, MD, MS

Medical Director

Dr. Vu is a highly experienced occupational medicine specialist with over 15 years of dedicated service in Orange County and the South Los Angeles/Long Beach areas. Raised in Orange County, Dr. Vu completed his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine and obtained his medical degree from AUC School of Medicine. Thereafter, he pursued residency training in Internal Medicine at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, LA in 2001, followed by an Occupational Medicine residency at the University of Texas in 2004. He has been a proud member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine since 2004.

Upon returning to California after his residency training, Dr. Vu has made significant contributions in the field of occupational medicine. He has consistently achieved superior outcomes for his patients, employers, and insurers. His specialization lies in providing non-operative treatment for musculoskeletal disorders and he employs a personalized approach, combining medications and therapies tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Vu believes in holistic healthcare, integrating evidence-based medicine with compassion and empathy to help his patients heal beyond their work-related injuries. As a result of this expertise and approach, work injury claims are often resolved efficiently and on a timely basis to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Vu enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys playing basketball and tennis with his kids.

Linda Trang, Esq.
Chief Operating Officer

Linda is an experienced attorney and real estate professional who oversees the operational and financial management of PromptCare. With a background in both private practice and government service, she brings a wealth of legal and administrative expertise to the team.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 1999, followed by her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2002. She began her legal career in private practice, focusing on estate planning, business, and real estate law. She later served over a decade as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Long Beach, where she advised city departments on public contracts, land use, ethics, and compliance with laws such as the Brown Act and Public Records Act.

Most recently, Linda served as legal counsel within the Space Acquisition Law Division at the Space Systems Command, a division of the U.S. Space Force, handling complex federal procurement and contracting matters.

At PromptCare, Linda draws on her diverse legal background to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.

In her free time, Linda enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active with golf, tennis, and pickleball.

Ryan Seng
Office Manager

Ryan Seng brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative leadership to his role as Office Manager at PromptCare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach, and previously completed the Physician Assistant Program at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. Ryan has over two decades of experience in healthcare, having served in various clinical roles at St. Anthony Medical Center, Santa Maria Women & Children Medical Clinic, and most recently, Saint Joseph Family Medical Clinic. Throughout his career, he developed a deep understanding of patient care, clinic operations, and medical team coordination. Now at PromptCare, Ryan oversees day-to-day operations and helps ensure that both patients and staff receive the highest level of support. His background as a healthcare provider allows him to bring a patient-centered perspective to clinic management, helping to foster a smooth, efficient, and compassionate care experience for the Orange County community.

Christine Duva Warhaft, FNP-C
Nurse Practioner

With a rich background in emergency medicine, occupational health, and urgent care, Christine brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Born and raised in the Detroit area, Christine has called Southern California home for over 25 years, currently residing in Huntington Beach.

Christine’s career began with a strong foundation in emergency medicine, where she honed her skills as an emergency room nurse. Her roles have included discharge planning, staffing, EMS base station management, and charge nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization from California State University Long Beach in 2013 and has since expanded her expertise into various areas including telemedicine, occupational medicine, and urgent care.

Since 2021, Christine has combined her emergency medicine experience with a focus on telemedicine and occupational health, reflecting her commitment to holistic, prevention-based healthcare. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive care across the lifespan, setting goals for positive outcomes, and supporting patient recovery in both emergency and occupational settings.

Christine’s approach integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic perspective, emphasizing thorough testing, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment. Outside of her professional life, she is passionate about travel—both domestic and international—as well as adventure. Her interests include fitness activities such as weight training, yoga, snow skiing, spin cycling, hiking, and walking.

Dylan is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a strong focus on biomechanics and holistic wellness. Raised in Orange County, Dylan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 2021 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Clemson University in 2015, where he was an active member of the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity.

Dylan has extensive experience treating a wide range of patients, including those recovering from strokes, orthopedic injuries, and geriatric populations. His approach centers on empowering patients with strategies that promote maximal wellness throughout their daily lives. Dylan’s commitment to his patients goes beyond the treatment room, emphasizing sustainable health practices that integrate seamlessly into everyday routines.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing pickleball and staying active. His roots in Orange County have shaped his passion for helping others achieve their best physical health, both through professional care and personal wellness strategies.

Bruce has proudly served the Southern California community for over 20 years as a Licensed Acupuncturist with a focus on Nutritional consultation and lifestyle balance. Being a Public Speaker, he’s performed numerous talks and cooking demonstrations related to health, safety and nutrition.

Bruce’s involvement with health and fitness started in 1978, having been a competitive Bodybuilder for National Physique Committee (NPC) sanctioned events from 1985 to 1996. His culinary experience includes being a staff chef at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel for 28 years, with more than 40 years of overall professional kitchen experience.

More recently, he gained certification as a Life Coach through the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Drawing on this body of experience allows him to bring a multitude of perspectives and possibilities in providing a customized approach to healthcare and wellbeing.
